Practice Appraisal/Valuation
Often the most critical element of the practice transfer process is the practice appraisal and/or valuation. The appraisal process is not one that should be completed without significant experience and understanding of the data and process involved. We have completed many appraisals and have offered presentations and articles on the process. Most importantly, we realize that the second most important aspect of an appraisal is the communication of the results to our clients. We provide detailed reports as is typically expected but we also spend one hour of phone consultation time to explain what the results mean and any special circumstances unique to that particular appraisal.
