Business Strategy Development
Every long-term successful business has as its foundation a well articulated business strategy. The process of strategy development is a complex one, and third party intervention makes the process more efficient and more effective. The process begins with the development of a vision statement and is followed by the development of a mission statement. An important addition to the standard mission and vision statements is the ideology statement. Analysis of practice structure and organizational culture then follows. With these processes complete, business strategy development can occur. Finally, out of the business strategy the functional strategies are created.
