John McDaniel, Founder and President of Waugoo Consulting Group, is an expert in human resource management, business strategy development, strategy alignment and integration, information technology, and the practice marketing process.  John is also the groups primary practice appraiser/valuator.

John is also the primary blogger for Waugoo Consulting. The blog is written in a down to earth style and is meant to be educational, informative, and most of all entertaining.

Beth DeSimone, Chief Consultant, is an expert in human resource management and legal compliance, employment law, negotiation and communication, and human resources strategic development and alignment.

Victoria McDaniel, Chief Consultant, is an expert in health care staffing, marketing strategy development and implementation, marketing tactics, practice management analysis and assessment, market development, market segmentation, and market analysis.

Waugoo Consulting Group is a collaboration of consultants providing experience that crosses different industries, business functions, organization sizes, and areas of expertise.  In addition to consultancy, we have years of experience teaching courses at The Ohio State University and Otterbein College on organizational behavior and human resource management, training and development, human resource information systems, employment law, and negotiation and communication.
